I placed an online order on March 9, 2011. The next day the money for the purchase was deducted from my credit card account. I never received an order acknowledgement email, nor an order placement email, nor a shipping email. I have been unable to contact the company. The website for the company, smartbomb.com, does not provide any means of contacting a human being and it will not do anything at all unless you can log into your account. I have tried to do that many times but have not been able to. I have provided my email three times for them to get in touch with me and provide me either a way to contact them or a way to log into my account on their internet site. Nothing I have tried has worked.
I have tried to contact someone at the company by phone, found on the bottom of their internet site, but again, all you get is voice mail that leads you in circle, never to a person, or any way of proceeding.
Today is March 18, 2011 and I am dead in the water on this matter and at this point have no where to turn and do not know what to do. If I can find out more information about the company, I could at least take them to small claims court or sue them, but so far I have no information that would make it easier for me to do that. I have been ripped off on the internet before by scams, but have always been able to get my money back. If this cannot be resolved, I will never order anything over the internet AGAIN!

Smartbomb.com is a partner website of Naturalist.com. Naturalist.com can be reached at 1 212 279 4350. I talked to Witney Anderson at x108 about my Smartbomb Problem and he said he would get me my money back. Also Kathy Ross x110, Nolon Nickelson x111. There is a problem with this company and Witney was not entirely forthcomming with there affiliates problems. He seemed evasive but I did my home work and forced the issue. All company's hide internal issues to a degree, so having enought info can reveal things which you can use in your favor to get your concerns taken care of . Also I filed a complaint with the F.B.I. , Internet Division. I also have paper work and names of certain people.
