SmartBuyGlasses Charged my credit card, Never delivered! Internet

I purchased a pair of Eyeglass Frames that are readily available from every local Optician I called. SmartBuyGlasses advertised them much cheaper. They had to order them, and said they would have them in less than 2 weeks. They charged my credit card immediately upon placing the order.

Nearly 2 months later, I still have not received the frames. They send an automated email about every 5 days saying there has been a delay. They estimate the delay to be 5 to 9 working days. This is the only communication I receive after paying for these frames nearly 2 months earlier.

The frames are readily available from the manufacturer. I suppose they are waiting to acquire the frames from another source. From now on I will assure I am purchasing new frames from a retailer that purchases brand new, authentic stock from the manufacturer.
