SMARTEMARKET.COM Don't let this smartass get away with it-this is a major fraud Duson Louisiana

My name is Liz I want to file a complaint against an internet fraud company called WWW.SMARTEMARKET.COM. Their phone # is 337-935-0141. It is a Duson, Louisiana exchange.They set up the site as a front for an e-book company. This product can't be tracked as goods delivered because it is such a low amount, it is mostly overlooked and most people will not report it. I believe this company ( or shall I say scam ) is extorting millions from people.

Let me start from the beginning. On 1/3/08 they used my Bank of America Visa credit card # and put $2.95 on my charge.I did not order one d**n thing from this company. When I called I got an answering machine every time. I went into the website and there is a fraud alert out on them and it looks like they are screwing people all over the country. They have hit my bank on more than one occasion. They are having trouble catching these people. I wanted to know how they got my credit card #. When I asked the Bank of America they told me the authorities believe it is something else I ordered over the internet. The only other item I ordered over the internet were some cheerleading photographs from a company called Photoreflect. There # is 303-729-1104, a company based out of CO.I ordered some items from the following catalogs: Wooden Soldier,NH, Boston Proper FL, Oriental Trading NE, The Noble Collection VA, Victoria's Secret OH.

I have nothing but time to bring this smart-xxz down. I called the Lafeyette, LA BBB. They could not pull up any information on this Duson company. She said it was really weird. I called the NJ State Att General and the US Att. Office in Washington, DC. I left a message with the internet fraud dept. of the FBI.If anyone has any further information about this major fraud I would call the FBI at 1800 251-7581 and this is their website www.ic3.gov. If anyone needs me as a witness I would be more than happy to help you.
