I used smartfax for a period of 3 months and now on the 4th and 5th month, no answer from anyone. I have tried using the web site to do the live chat and no answer. I have sent 2 support emails and no answer, no response, just dead silence. It seemed like a real good idea, until... I have a business and faxing is very very important. So, I guess that I'll me moving along, it's just the 800 number works out great for clients.
