I have been smoking Smartfixx e- cigs for three-plus years and have spent well over $2000 during that time. In the beginning the service was extremely good and they were immediately attentive to any request and I could receive an order in three to four days. In the past year the service has completely vanished. They refuse to respond to any communication, they have retracted an agreement I made with one of the supervisors, they no longer respond to questions and know take weeks to fill an order. It's just as though they were sold to some large conglomerate that doesn't give a d**n about good customer service. If things don't improve, I'm going solely with XL Vaping, the service and products are great. John
