I ordered a video game online and was notified after few days that it was out of stock. Right after that, I sent an email to tell the company to cancel my order. Obviously, they did not acknowledge my email and send the game anyway, when it became available. I didn't open the entire package and called the number on it to tell them that I need to return the merchandise. The manager told me that their policy is a no return on games, unless it's defective. I never knew this until I open the package recently. 
I felt that I was cheated and told the manager that even at electronic stores, like Best Buy, will allow you to return but with a 14% restocking fee. I wanted to return the video game because my daughter was given a gift of the same game. Having that one is already enough, thus I don't need the one I purchased. 
I think this is a very concealed advertisement that the consumer is trapped and ends with no choice. 
I suggest that you don't patronize Smart Game Shopper.

You people are ridiculous.  If the customer is informed something is out of stock they should automatically be given the option to cancel the order.  This customer immediately informed you to cancel the order when notified it was not available.  It is not their problem your company is inept.  I purchase a lot of video games for my family.  I will be sure to avoid your company like the plague.
