I purchased a product back on 11/29/2010. Apparently, they are telling me that I clicked on a membership deal to be charged 19.95 per month for free shipping.
I do not recall doing this and I am certain I did not do this. There is nothing on my invoice that indicates I did this. They never sent me any communication stating that I joined a membership and charged 19.95 per month on my credit card. The Invoice they provide simply states
(Price already includes $5.00 savings for first-time purchase)
In August of 2012, I finally noticed on my cc that there has been a charge of 19.95 per month since 12/6/2010. I contacted them on 8/8/2012 to request what were these charges. They told me I joined a membership and I insisted I did not. I had the invoice in front of me and there was nothing to the effect.
They canceled the membership, but refused to refund monies beyond the previous month. I explained to them that I have not used their service, nor did I know I was being charged. The refused.
The problem I have is that when I purchased a product from them and received the invoice and reviewed all emails from them, there is nothing at all that states I had joined any membership. I feel this is a scam and they are going to auto-enroll me in any club, they need to be notifying me on the invoice, in the mail, or in any emails.
There were 21 months paid of $19.95 each month and they refunded two months, leaving a balance of $379.05

Obviously, this was a waste of time as I suspected. Their response was quick and they refuse to help me out. This company's membership policy is a scam. I have no idea why Jack would have me contact them because is was a waste of my time.
Below is the an excerpt from their response (I did bold the final answer).

I had already a conversation with Customer Service, but not certain if I had a conversation with Support. Are these separate "offices"? I opened up a ticket with this company and we will see. Two days ago I sent a complaint letter to the company, to my credit card company, and to the WI consumer protection.
