I purchased several thosand Insteon products from Smarthome and they began to go bad, shortly after the warranty period expired. They admit that their 'earlier' products didn't hold up but they refuse to even give a discount on replacment of defective products. Their on-line support is terrible as well. If you can find a different company to deal with, I'd advise you to do so.
