Smartsavingscenter charge me monthly for a membership I didn't request and keep charging me after I canceled Internet

in december i ordered a dvd thru hot movie sale and was not aware that they enrolled me in smartsavingscenter till they charge me $1.00 which will be monthly.i called the cancelling number 800 511 6538 and a rep gave me a cancelling #139689344.in january they charged my account again and i called them again.after a wait of 20 minutes i got a woman on line who didn't give me another cancelling number and hang up on me.the charge is minimum unless multiplied with i don't know how many people and it's mostly a question of principles.now i am waiting till next month to find out if they cancelled my account or take me for a ride again.
