I have problems with EMC (Host) locking me out from logging on to the "SITE MANAGER" system.  This problem has been going on for over 3 weeks.  The "SITE MANAGER" system is the only mechanism to making changes to your personal web site.


If you don't make changes or run a promo, no potential customer is going to visit your website.  Just like the Mother company (SMC), EMC and SMC are both controlled by Mark Schwartz, CEO,  which explains the poor services from both companies.  Mark Schwartz apparently condones the aggressive  manners of the employees.  When you question them about somethings, the employees of both companies react with arrogance and disrespect to the customers.  This is the type of Corporate Culture manifested by Mark Schwartz; for one thing, he never responded to any of my emailed concerns.  Based on all the other complaints, these 2 companies will rip you off to make money and not care about its customers.


I have requested a credit to be included in the next monthly billing cycle. Which ever employee I speak to about getting a credit, all of a sudden they become deaf since they did not respond.  For all the potential business lost, I feel I should get a credit from EMC and for EMC to add a door way option without any charges.


Complaining to Mark Schwartz, CEO is like complaining to a brain dead person. So if you continue having problems with SMC  and/or  EMC,  I highly recommend you file a complaint with the FCC, using Form No. 2000A....
