Purchased an M&P 9mm handgun on December 31, 2007 and sent in the proper paperwork to receive 2 magazines and a $50 rebate, the 2 magazines arrived on February 22nd 2008 but the rebate never came, I have called 5 times over the past 6 months and all I ever get as a reply is "the checks will be mailed next week", it's been 7 months since I sent the paperwork in and 5 months since I received the 2 magazines, I went ahead and purchased another handgun but this time it was a Springfield XD, I will never buy another S&W product again, they have poor customer service.
