Smokingeverywhere renamed Electronic Cigarette Un-ordered shipment refused, no refund received Sunrise , Florida

I was charged 6 times for the amount of $49.99 by this company on 11/08/2009.

They credited me with 5 payments of $49.99. I have an e-mail trail of 5 of those re-payments dated 11/09/2009. I also replied to one of those e-mails stating that I wanted my 6^th payment of $49.99 refunded to my account on 11/10/2009.

I called this company at 800-613-0337 and spoke to Jennifer (42172) Reference number #7XRSWF on 11/13/2009 inquiring about my refund. She stated my refund was coming in the next 24-48 hours.

When my refund was not received, I called the 800 number above again and spoke to Freddie on 11/18/2009 and Rosa about this issue and requested to be given the additional $49.99 I was due back. (42322). Both stated that the refund would be issued.

I was also sent a package from this company which I refused on 11/20/2009.

I have USPS tracking information on the package I refused, tracking number 0114 8008 6003 3845 0618.

On 04/13/2010:

I called 1-800-539-6022 and selected Billing and was transferred to customer service where I was told to send an e-mail to regarding my concern.

I also called 1-800-539-6022 and was hung up on after I stated my problem.

 I then called 1-800-539-6022 and selected support and after stating my problem was told that the Smoking Everywhere company had changed its name and didnt exist anymore. I asked if there was a way to contact them and was hung up on.

I called 1-800-613-0337 and the line was picked up and disconnected.

I also spoke to Bobby on 04/192010 at 1-800-539-6022 ext. 206 and was told that there was nothing he could do.

I simply want the $49.99 I was charged for a product I didnt order and refused refunded.
