SMS Assist fail to respond to written or phone conversations, failure to pay for services rendered chicago Nationwide

SMS assist is a management company out of Chicago that somehow managed to acquire the United States Post Office is for snow removal contract

SMS assist does not respond to your phone calls and does not respond to your emails whether you have a standardized question or issue with services and specifically when it comes time for billing

when they did pay They pay months late and then do not pay you the total balance at the end they come up with excuses and promise a check is on the way

I have had them promised me the checks are on the way via email and phone and I have had them fail to return calls or emails to straighten out issues that they claim have arisen and have caused the delay in payments
They clearly are unethical unprofessional and on organized I have never worked with a company that appear so much to be a scam
