Search Lawnsite.com and Plowsite.com . Multiple contractors have performed work and not been paid by this large company.

When they don't pay, or pay part of your bill, they then go back and forth for months claiming money isn't still due, when they've failed to pay for invoices.  Finally, they keep transferring the dispute to someone else "they claim is higher up" and the whole process starts all over again.

What is your time worth? This company has shafted a number of companies who perform landscape and snow work for them over the years, yet continue to grow without doing ANY work themselves. yes, they are simply a paper pushing office in an upscale building in Chicago, IL .

If you decide to visit their office, they'll deny letting you up to their floor, you'll get stuck in the lobby area down stairs, even if you do business with them.
