Snap On Tools & Snap On Credit Crooks Internet, Internet

My husband worked for Ohio Cat, at purchased some Snap On tools and a toolbox from a dealer at his previous employer. When my husband was laid off of work, Snap On contacted him, and told him the toolbox and tools would be reposessed for non-payment. My husband surrendered all of his tools, and his toolbox, both of which were in mint condition (my husband cleaned and waxed his toolbox 2 times a month). My husband later received letters in the mail stating that he not only failed to surrender any of his tools, but that the toolbox was in horrible condition, and there was no value to the box at all. He received no credit for the tools he surrenderd (keep in mind, the tools were paid off prior to him losing his job), and he is now in their collections for over $4500 (there was only $3500 left on the toolbox when it was reposessed). Where is the justice in this? How can they get away with it?? I would NEVER recommend Snap On tools to any person, ever! They are nothing but crooks, taking advantage of honest people, who fall on hard times. Such a shame.
