snap on snap on dealer ripped me off des moines Iowans Nationwide

I left my job to return home. I turned my tools into my snap on dealer.

Go forward 5 years.i get a phone call from snap on credit saying i owe them 5000 dollars. I told explained to the lady on the phone i had turned them in. She said ahe didnt believe me wanted to know wherw i came up with my story

Heres the story. The shop owner was there when the dealer picked the tool box up and the dealer came to my home and got the tools that werent paid for. 

Since this has happemed i called the district aales rep.havent heard back from him for two momths. I called amd spoke with the shop owner who verifed everything haf been picked up and the daler never gave him any paperwork,same for myself.

His new dealee explained the old daler who ripped me off had been put in jail for six years by the district sales rep.for this exact same thing.
