I paid 49.95 for a program to download licensed and registered MP3's. Instead I ended up with a peer to peer program and a virus on my notebook that ripped through Norton

I have been trying to contact the company as quickly as the next day to try to get a refund. The phone is never answered by a live person it's always a recording, the live chat is continuosly down, and when I put in a ticket it is never replied to.

I have not recieved my money back and I am afraid I will be charged again on my sharechek card at another point in time.
