This is not a legitimate music downloading company. They intentionally mislead and deceive potential customers. Only AFTER you enroll and give your credit card information, are you advised that it is a FILE SHARING service and NOT what it claims to be. When you attempt to contact the company via telephone, a recording states that the number is "temporarily disabled". When you attempt to contact an "online representative", you receive a message that states you are not an active member. Should you get far enough along to file an online customer service "ticket", you will receive NO response. There is NO way to cancel your membership! Please, don't be fooled. I will file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General's office for Deceptive Trade Practices but it sure pisses me off that I have to go to such lengths...

After raising hell and filing a gazillion "tickets" with the snappy site, I called my bank to block the potential charges...too late. Turns out RIGHT after I entered the credit card info., snappy deducted $74.00! Yep - $74.00. Gone. Just.like.that.....so, the bank recommended I cancel my card in case they tried to steal more money from me. I cancelled it but what a pisser. Then I offhandedly asked the bank if they had a merchant telephone number and they did - it sure wasn't the number posted on their website! So, I just called up snappy and left a nice little recorded message. I was prepared to stew about it all night. I logged in to my email account this afternoon and was stunned to see snappy in the inbox. They chastised me for not reading the fine print (you don't have access to read until AFTER you give your credit card number)and cancelled my membership. They even said they refunded my money. I'll call my bank in the morning to find out....stay tuned.....Here's the number I called if anyone wants to try: (404) 668- 1800. Good luck!
