Snappy-music Nightmare: Virus downloaded, No customer service, Do not know how to cancel, Not sure of charges

This has been a nightmare. I overlooked other sights because Snappy music was at the top of the search page and very highly recommended. I could download music with the bonus of a malware virus. I used anti-malware programs to uninstall the virus, but I couldn't uninstall it. I have a Internet security suite on my computer and it is updated. After a few days of trying to uninstall this virus, I had to use a telephone based service for virus removal. This service is not free. So this site has caused me much expense and aggravation. And I am afraid it is not over. I have had no luck cancelling my membership and I don't know what to do. I will be contacting my credit card company to see what they recommend. Any advice would be appreciated. I am computer literate and am careful while on the web. This one really fooled me.
