Sofa Mart, Furniture Row poor quality furniture,received very poor service,gave me the runaround Holland, Ohio

I typed up a letter to them...here is the letter and some of what happened. Let me know what you think?

I purchased a living room group last year (2008).  When I purchased it they said I would receive my items in 6 to 8 weeks.  6 to 8 weeks came and went with no furniture.  At about after three months of the furniture being paid my furniture finally came only in a different color other than what I'd ordered.  So they gave me a small discount and told me that I had to wait another 6 to 8 weeks for the right order. 

Again, another 6 to 8 weeks came and went.  At that time they then decided to tell me that the furniture I wanted was no longer available and suggested I pick something else out or I could wait for them to make the furniture.  They said that this would take up to another 8 to 12 weeks to receive or 6 to 8 weeks to pick something new.  So I went with the furniture I wanted.  I would have picked something new if it weren't for the fact that I had already remodeled my living room and dining room to the specifics of what I ordered. 

Once I had finally received what I ordered, it took a total of six months for me to receive it. I paid close to $2500 for the set.  After only a few months of having my furniture, it started to break down very quickly.  I called the store from where it was purchased and informed them of the problems I was having.  Two of the pull cords broke, the springs under the seats popping out, the footrests loose, and the general padding had already worn thin.  I had repeatedly asked for the corporate office number, of which was never given to me.  I've repeatedly ask for them to fix my furniture, or pick it up to fix it, neither of which was done.

I have received very poor service, very poor quality furniture, and would never buy anything else or recommend any furniture be bought from any of the four stores ever!!
