I went to softbizscripts.com, after searching for auction software, and paid $149.00 for auction software that softbizscripts.com was selling on their web site.

After receiving a confirmation that I had purchased the software, from Kagi.com, who does the processing of the orders, I guesss, I emailed softbizscripts.com to find out why I had not received the software, after about an hour.

A person that signed the email, SAVVY, said that he was going to install it, in 24-48 hours.

I told Savvy that if he was not going to install it right aay, to email me the software I paid for, and I would install it myself! I got an email back, saying Savvy was NOT going to be sending me the software, because my domain was not setup properly and that he wasn't sending me the software!

I demanded he send me the software I legally Paid for, asap, and he again refused!

I contacted Kagi.com and never got any response, yesterday, which is when this all happened.

Today I emailed both emails for Kagi.com, and they come back Blocked, so now Kagi.com has blocked me, and I still have not received my software I paid $149.00 for, and have not received a refund either!

Savvy, Softbizscripts.com, and Kagi.coim, have stolen $149.00 from me, and have blocked me from emailing them!

I called both #'s on softbizscripts.com and Kagi.com's web sites, and left messages for someone to call me, no one answers either phones!

I searched the internet, after this happened, and found out thst other people also have been victims of sftbizscripts.com and Kagi.com ripping them off and not sending them software they ordered, or refusing to help them with software they did send, that doesn't work!

It appears that these 2 web site, softbizscripts.com and Kagi.com are ripping people off, as they did me, and refusing them what they Paid for, legally!

I am reporting them both to the Attorney General in each respective state, as well as to the interstate authority on across interstate line fraud!

I need my $149.00 back, and they are Not refunding me!!! They have refused to send me the sofgtware I paid for, so now I am out $149.00 for NOTHING!
