Solavei Ripoff International Calling funds Bellevue Washington

So I get a better deal on my phone service so I switch carriers. I call the next day to get my International calling deposit money refunded and I am told they won't refund it and that I should have used it up before switching carriers. WHAT? I am required to deposit money in advance of making international calls but they don't have to refund the balance of MY deposit? What third world has America become? It is MY money, not theirs. It was not a fee it was money they made me deposit in advance of using that money. It is my money not theirs! They also don't refund their phone fee or prorate it like other companies do. When I changed from Verizon they prorated how much of the month I had used and refunded the balance. How do these Solavei Nerds think the public will view them for ripping off their customers? Are they so rich they don't care?

If you have Solavei cancel it at the next payment date (I don't want you to lose any of your hard earned money) and tell everyone you know what a bunch of THEIVES OWN Solavei! The millions they earn off us isn't enough to provide refunds of OUR MONEY THEY MADE US DEPOSIT IN THEIR ACCOUNT ? What a bunch of unscupulous theives!!
