Sole Treadmills LOTS of problems with treadmill. Dissatisfied with lemon RMA policy. Unknown, Nationwide

Buying a treadmill?  Do NOT buy a SOLE treadmill! My father-in-law's belt broke within a month.  Mine has broken four separate times.  I haven't been able to complete a run on it for a total of several months.

I requested an RMA and was told I would hear something within 2 business days.  Three and a half business days later, I had to call to find out the status because I hadn't heard anything.  It wasn't until 4 business days later that they acknowledged they were considering the request, and it wasn't until 6 business days later that I finally heard they would send out a new one. 

Unfortunately, even though I paid movers to move the initial treadmill to its current location, I now get to figure out how to maneuver the broken one down a tight, windy staircaise to the curb on my own
dime/time.  I then get to haul up and assemble the new one on my own dime/time.  The supervisor on the phone at sole said it's not a big deal and he's moved lots of them.  Me and the two movers who finially got the original one up the stairs to begin with disagree (and so does the poor wooden step that will forever have a big gash in it from the experience).
