SOLE TREADMILLS HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR ORDER BUT... SALT LAKE CITY Utah

I had the UNFORTUNATE experience of ordering a treadmill from SOle Treadmills, who were more tha happy to take my order and charge my credit card. More than 3 weeks ago I received an e-mail that it was shipped, and it included a tracing number. Since the tracking number perpetually says it is "in transit", I called the e-mailed the company for further information. "Cody" e-mailed me back and insisted that I should continue to wait.(and wait and wait and wait).

I waited a few more days, until after the "date of delivery" and phoned the company, who then gave ME a phone number for the shipping company. They NEVER even offered to track it or make the phone call themselves. After a month or o of waiting , and waiting, and waiting, I phoned yet again, had the absolute displeasure of speaking the the so-called sales/service manager, "Brad" , who is by far the rudest, foulest, most disrespectful, uneducated, (and hopefully, by now, unemployed) excuse for a human being I've ever encountered. He "informed" me that because he didn't like MY attitude, HE would see to it that I don't receive my treadmill at all. He talked over me, hung up on me and the next day, he sent me an e-mail stating that he was going to have my treadmill returned to them and he would issue a refund.

It has been WEEKS since that phone call, I've not received a refund to my credit card, and he's such a coward that he can't take or return a phone call or e-mail. So now I have no treadmill and I am out $1,238.00, and absolutely NO ONE at that company seems to possess the moral compass to be able to rectify this properly and promptly.
