Months ago I contributed to a crowd funding campaign through Indegogo. The company is called Sonicable. Right out of the bix my iPhone said not an apple cable, and no matter which way I switched the slide on the cable it just didn't work! Since then I have sent 12 emails and filed a complaint with the Florida BBB. No answer from either Sonicable or the BBB. They never even answered the BBB complaint. I no longer know what to do. It may not seem like a lot of money, $27, but on s fixed income it makes a difference. Would be nice if the Florida Attorney General investigated all the complaints.
