SONY I sued Sony and Won! New York New York

I am also a victim of this companies illegal and popstrous bussiness practices surronding its laptops and computers, I am currently suing them in small claims court as well. Could u tell me the county and case number of the lawsuit you completed so that I might cite it in my case? By the way I am preety sure that Sony or at least part of Sony banks with Wells Fargo Bank N.A.

I purchased 4 PCG-f360 LAPTOPS and within a year ALL 4 screens blew out!

I have found at least 200 other people with this EXACT same problem. (check google, ebay, etc)

The screens progressively degraded to the point that each laptop was rendered worthless.

I eventually spent over $ 1,000 on a NEW LCD screen, which only lasted a few months then had the exact same problem.

What happens is the screens get illegible like electrical "static" progressively worse and seems to be a loose connector, etc.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Could you post a copy of the small claims suit so we can all learn from it, just send it to Rip-off Report and they will post it here..
