These guys offer "Sober Living" or "Recovery" housing, essentially half way houses. They bill lots of money from their residents, most of whom are court ordered to be in a facility yet they don't bother to pay their bills.

You name it, from the mortgages on their properties to the plumbers, electricians that fix them to their staff.

The residences are filth ridden pig styes and fire traps. They won't even pay an extra penny to upgrade anything.

If you are in need of a rehabilitation or half way house, look for someone else.

If you are a vendor they are trying to hire for ANYTHING, you might want to just walk the other direction. I would imagine even if you get paid up front, after they try to talk you down on your price, these cheapskates will still try to get a refund for services and try to talk you into providing more services for which they didn't and won't pay you for.

They are very bad and very irresponsible and take every opportunity to cheat anyone they can.
