Subject: Accident with Southeastern Freight Lines truck
Following is the case no:
Case No:- 200600955
I met with an accident with Southeastern Freight Lines truck in West Palm Beach, Florida. This happened on the intersection of Southern Blvd & Cleary rd. Police came out and gave the report. Now the Southeastern Freight Lines doesn't want to pay the damages to my car. They just want to pay $100. All i need is my car damage repairs (100%). I talked to Cindy Fernandez (Phone No: 800-637-7335 ext. 3375) and she is not ready to pay for the damages.
Southeastern Freight Lines people are saying there were no damages. If there were no damages why i will wait in the rain that day for 3hrs to have Southeastern Freight Lines safety people and insurance adjuster to come and look. Insurance adjuster took the photograph and i showed the paint chip came out. But still Southeastern Freight Lines are not ready to pay for the damages.

Vijay,
Your post does not quite make sense as many crucial details have been left out. Did the other driver get a ticket? If so, they have no choice but to pay.
When the police took the report, did you get a copy? If so, what is the name of the insurance company?
Are they self insured? If not, why are you dealing with the trucking company? You should be dealing directly with the insurer.
You have all of the information, just file a small claims suit.
