Southern Hospitality SHOSPITALITY.COM Garrett Enterprise Company, Inc Jerked Me Around For Months, Missed Deadlines and Refused to Make it Right Jacksonville Florida

Southern Hospitality was contracted to print my advertisement in a hotel directory. I was told this should take 60 days. 

They held my money for months - literally 5 months to print my ad. And that is only because I raised hell on them. Who knows how long it would have been.

They never answer the phone - regardless of how many extensions you press.

What's worse is that after they held my money for months, they agreed to get my ad printed by a specific deadline. It was about three weeks after I filed a chargeback on my credit card. She assured me it would be in my hand by the end of January.

They missed the deadline - of course. They finally delivered months late and then had the audacity to cite their shoddy contract that doesn't list a promised deadline. They have refuted the chargeback and are still expecting to get paid. They should try to contact their customers and make things right, but all they care about it their money.

Just because their paperwork doesn't give a specific deadline doesn't mean they should have an unlimited amount of time to deliver on their printing.

I will be watching and if they dare try to replace this hotel directory before February 2015, there will be hell to pay.
