 Robert weaver the manager was rude i wanted a correct balance on my account he said that it was correct i ask politely who can i speak to , to give me a corrected balance he said him and i told him what the balance should been and the incorrect charges and he said okay so whats your point i explained again he said he would take off just 100 dollars i said the balance is still incorrect and i said well how can i pay online instead of by phone and he replies then why are you still on the phone ? hang up , i asked for my account number and how to pay online he said NO bye! Very rudely. How do they expect to be debt collector all their associates are rude they wont be getting a dime out of me im taking it to the court
