Southern Refrigerated Transport ,SRT Is Ripping Off the Drivers for their Retirement Texarkana Arkansas

When I first started with SRT, it was in Febuary 2007.
I was doing good, plenty of miles, layover pay, the works, but know the company has gone to the Dogs.
They are making the Drivers go on the Per-Diem Program, which does give them more money, but it also means the Company is not Paying all they should to their Social Security, Per-Diem, is a Ripoff and should not be allowed.

The next thing they did was stop matching my 401K, now they are really messing with my Retirement, by the time I Retire, I will not have enough money to live on and will have to get help from the state.
SRT no longer allows their trucks to be clean by the company, they want the driver to clean them, and they will not be Reimburst.They have no sign-on bonus, so good luck.

They also have a Fuel Bonus, the only problem is, that you have to drive 55 miles an hour in order to meet the Fuel Bonus requirements. Also, if your lucky, you might get a chance to meet their 33,000 mile bonus, that is if they let you run, but they will stop you from getting it, they will cut your Run short if you get to close.
As far as I'm concerned not only is SRT a Bad Bet for any one wanting to go to work for them, but you will get the shaft, sorry but it is True.
I'm still working for them, but not for long.
