I had the flu and called to inquire about the type of care offered. Was told that they were just like the Baylor emergency room, but without the wait, and that I would be responsible for the $50.00 co-pay per the terms of my insurance.

Arrived at the clinic, paid my $50.00 co-pay, and as they indicated, there was a minimal wait ( I now know why there is no wait) and saw the Dr. After a 15 minute visit I was sent home with my prescriptions.

Several weeks later I received a bill for $1,182.00......FOR THE FLU!!!

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!!! I was completely taken advantage of and lied to and now I'm being told that if I don't pay the balance of this over-inflated bill, I will be reported to the credit bureau.
