SBC is ripping people off. I have All Distance plan that I pay $49.95 Where you can call anywhere in United States Right, Well I got my Bill and They charges me the 49.95 but then charged me all my long distance too.I called and they said it was their mistake they would fix it,Well next month phone bill arrived same thing charging me 49.95 plus Long Distance again.Ive been fighting them for months and it dont help so got ahold of a senator and there going to help. SWB is biggest rippoff and they dont help you when you call. Wish me luck or any suggestion will help,Now they shut off my Long Diastance without even telling me plus caller Id just have a phone now.
