Sovereign lending Car loanTitle loan America Company overcharged on a $1600 loan now saying I owe $2200, wont furnish over contract Nationwide

I first took out a $1600.00 loan with sovereign lending solutions aka title loan America to pay a debt.  I was told to pay $316 a month for 12 months. Napoleon the worker there told me that after the 12 months the payments would be finished. I have been paying for over a year.  I was able to do everything online at first but then the company changed to car loan llc.  Car loan then repossessed my car even though I was up to date with payments and forced me to pay $1700 for my car released. So yes you are reading right, I paid $316 for a full year then an additional $1700.  After my car was returned they are now saying my payments will be over $400! I called and asked for my contract and they said they have to send it, it has been a month and a half and they still have not sent it.  Please do not get a title loan, it is a scam!
