I returned an item that I bought off of their website. The item was too big so I returned it to the address listed on the website on 12/30/08. I purchased insurance via the U.S. Post Office. I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND!!!
I left numerous phone messages and sent numerous emails to the company with no response.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau who closed my file due to lack of response from Sparkles Forever. I filed a claim with the U.S. Post Office but the claim was denied because they had confirmed delivery of the item. I also filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center.

My last recourse is to file a claim in small claims court. THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE INTERNET STORE.
