Speakeasy NIGHTMARE! Offer free installation then charged twice, disrespect arrangements Ripoff Seattle Washington

The company offers promotion on installation, and first two month of service, after an enrolment, the service activation takes 3 months, and results in malfunctioning connectivity makes the service useless.

They disconnect the service, claiming that it was our decision, which is was not, never called to inform etc.

Resolved the issues of non working installation, after Speakeasy reinforcements:
"Either will reinstall or we charge you over $500 invoice for that happy event"

The company reinstall the service and charges me again with new installation plus the first installation, plus disconnection fee of the old installation plus never issue any promotion that results in my final invoice of over $700 for the DSL line..

I explained whole situation with details to 6 different people in speakeasy, because they are in different departments, seems so nice and willing to understand (and be well knowledgeable) of what is happen but it results in no action.

I am harassed with invoices, and letters.

I wish to try the new DSL package a sale Rep of Speakeasy offers me for $30 a month, now it turns like a messy trap.

None of the service has the promised performance, as the speakeasy sales the COVAD installation they have no way to control quality of the service, or coved technicians neither the mess they do while the installation...

Speakeasy lies about the conditions on promotions, their promotion is done by the sales department, but their billing will send you regular invoice you will discover all the hidden fees, and mess there.
