yes i was notified by specialty merchandise corporation by phone, well they talked there way into convincing me to join there help to make a small bussiness for myself. they said they hook me up for my bussiness,and that the only fee was 39.99 a month, they said they would send me a bussiness kit by mail which i didt get. so emailed smc.

that i was cancelling cause i was going to work, and they emailed me saying. that first i had to send them the bussiness kit that i never got, so they could cancel my membership. and funny thing happened i saved there emailes, but when i went back to my email the emailes i saved were not there, the email that had the info for their corporation. please help. thank you

What to do if they try to charge you

Hi, If they try to charge your card or take money out of your bank account for something you didn't receive, then you have a right to charge back the amount that they charged you. Go to your bank or call your credit card company and explain to them that you've never received the product and they charge your card/took money out of your bank account and ask them to charge it back. They will want you to fill out a dispute form to do the chargeback. If you did it by credit card, you might want to change it because they might try to charge it again. Depending on what method you've used, bank has a 30-90days period to conduct chargebacks and creditcard have 30-180days period to charge back from the time the charge was posted.
