Specialty Merchandising Corporation, SMC Didn't give an opportunity to refuse and keep calling my cell (harassing me) when I have specifically said I was not interested anymore Simi Valley California

I wanted to try SMC because they said you could earn money with your own business. They didn't say that you had to pay them money in order for you to earn money. I am a college student and my stepdad recently lost his job so I decided I was going to try to earn money so my parents wouldn't have to worry about paying for my schooling.

I was not given an opportunity to tell them I was not interested and took money out of my account without giving me a chance to think about joining their company or not. They also sent a kit to my house back home and since I live at school, that's a bit hard for me to get a hold of so I could return it. I was told in order to get my money back, I was to return the kit (which they already sent out without my knowledge), along with $100 for shipping, which I do not have.

Now SMC keeps calling a few times a day and I keep ignoring their calls because I think that they may be trying to sway me to become a member of their company again. I'm to the point to where the next time they call to report their company for harassment because they will not leave me alone.
