This company tried to rip me off but I was persistant and did evenually get my start up money back from them after a long period of time and the threat of me hiring an attorney. Now I am getting demand letters from a collection agency and when I try to tell them that we settled the collection comapny will not listen to me and I can not get anyone at SMC to solve this problem. It is showing up negatively on my credit report.
