Startechtel.com, Inc. Startechtel, Startechtel.com, pxchange This company made a purchase of several business phones then came back and buyer stated 2 phone were defective. He had also offered to send photos of damaged. We explained our return policy and asked him to return the complete lot for a refund and we would pay the return shipping. He said he wanted to keep the phones and simply wanted us to send another 2 phone or give him money for repairs. Both options sounded very strange so again we requested the lot be returned for the refund and for him to send pictures for our review. He immediately became abusive, derogatory, never sent photos nor did he return the phones for a full refund....more than a little odd. Sounds like a scam to get more phones or some money. Pomona California

Staples Company uses deceptive practices such as bait and switch. I ordered 2- 1 TB external hard drives and received 2 hard drive cases instead. The description said nothing about a hard drive case. Customer service said there was not room for the word case in the description. Perhaps if they omitted the words 1 TB Hard Drive from the description they would have room for the word Case.  Framingham Massachusetts
