Staples Company uses deceptive practices such as bait and switch. I ordered 2- 1 TB external hard drives and received 2 hard drive cases instead. The description said nothing about a hard drive case. Customer service said there was not room for the word case in the description. Perhaps if they omitted the words 1 TB Hard Drive from the description they would have room for the word Case.  Framingham Massachusetts

I emailed them a copy of my order summery and their order page both which said 1 TB hard drive no mention of Case in them. Here is Staples wording exactly "Startech.com® 1TB Portable USB 3.0 External Hard Drive (Black)" I don't know how Staples gets hard drive case out of that. Manager told Customer service rep they would take them back, how generous, Thanks for wasting my time, I could have  picked up a similar deal while I was waiting for the Staples order but thought I had it covered. Don't depend on Staples, they might only send the box not the contents. Thanks for nothing.
