I MADE A MISTAKE SIGNING UP FOR 2 PHONE COMPANIESAT THE SAME TIME,, SPECTROLTEL TOLD ME THEY WERE PART OF VERIZON AND THEY WERE DOING A PROMOTION FRO CUSTERMERS TO SAVE ON THERE BILL., WELL THATS NOT TRUE. THEY ARE JUST THE SAME OR MORE SO I HURRIED AND CALL AS SOON AS I RECIEVED MY BILL, TO CANCEL , THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND TOLD ME I WAS NOT AURTHERIZED TO CANCEL., NOW 5 MONTHS LATER MY BILL IS OVER $5OO.OOWE CALLED EVERY MONTH AND TRIED TO CANCEL , NOTHING. MEAN WHILE I AM PAYING COMCST FOR MY PHONE TV AND CABLE ALL IN ONE FOR 5 MONTHS. SPECTROTEL KEEPS BILLING FOR SERVICE I ALL READY PAID COMCAST FOR. SO SPECTROTEL IS RIPPING ME OFF.CAN SOME ONE HELP

Spectrotel is an authorized reseller of Verizon local phone services and we follow very strict guidelines consistent with Public Service Commission and other state regulations as well as federal standards before switching a customer to our service. We also use an independent third-party verification service to confirm a customer's verbal authorization to transfer their service to Spectrotel.
We pride ourselves on having dedicated customer service representatives to handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
