Spectrotel Liars Galore.. Rip Off Salesmen, Internet

This company Salesman named Steve warner contacted me in Jan-Feb 2011 for service. He said he was calling from Verizon. When I explained him that I am already dealing with Verizon and my Account Executive is Danielle, He said He was her Supervisor and was getting me better rates so I should talk to him now onwards. I fell for it. He quoted some $88/month for Services to my Business.

I got my first Bill of $279.45. for 10-12 days of Service & probably future month billed. I tried reaching the Salesmen who never came on line. I immediately called Verizon and they said they had nothing to do with this Salesmen. I switched right away to Verizon directly. Customer Service from Spectrotel called me once asking for payment, I explained that I got cheated by this Salesmen, get my Bill corrected and I will pay as per his promised rates, But WOW... Now i get letters and calls from a collection company called HPA ..Ph 888 618 4268, Tucsan, AZ.

I have decided to ignore this. But for all OTHERS, Please please stay away from these people who Cheat, Lie about things outright, and do not honour what they say. This is the First time for me to get onto a corporations which behaves like this. I will not recommend anyone to ever deal with this company.
