Speedee Oil Change & Tune Up Jimmy ( Owner ) we need to recheck your belts we can come to your job Vacaville California

We took our 95 Toyota previa to Speedee oil change and lube for a routine oil change. About an hour our van was home and my daughter had already left for work with the van I had went outside and discovered a huge oil spill in my driveway where the van was parked.. I called my daughter and said that her van was leaking. She had told me that the owner had called her and said he wanted to check some belts and could even come to her job. She declined the offer and said the computer print out that they gave her from speedee had already verified that all belts , hoses , fluid levels were fine. The owner " Jimmy" said she should probably bring it in the next day. When my husband found out about the huge leak of oil and her conversation with speedee he automatically thought that they may have forgotten to put the oil plug in. We drove to her job and looked under her van and there was no oil plug as my husband had suspected. The next day we had the van towed to speedee to replace and fill up the oil and plug. I had asked the owner what he had done to make sure there wasnt any damage due to her driving it 15 miles to work without oil. He said he did a " Complimentery flush" I assured him that it wasnt complimentery because he needed to do that anyway just to see if there were metal shavings in the oil. The owner made it seem like he was doing us a favor. I asked him did he drive it to see if he could here any knocks in the engine and a said he drove it around 40 miles and it seemed great. When I had the car towed to speedee and on their own invoice the mileage that the owner put on it was only 6 miles not the 40 he had said.. I asked him if he would pay dor a diagnostic check from a toyota dealership just to make sure since they were not honest at all and he said he wouldnt pay for it at all. I asked the owner why he just didnt tell us from the beginning that they had left the plug out, why did you try to say you needed to check the belts and why would you risk us driving around town when you knew you guys made a big mistake? All he could say was I am sorry... I am very disappointed and am very shocked that he would knowingly lie to us and be willing to risk damage to our van..
