Spirit Financial took my money by promosing me a loan modification. I spoke with Lamont, Amber, & Chelsie about lowering my mortgage payment and interest rate. After I paid them $2,500, the phone calls stop coming in. Lamont called me with a modification agreement that he set up with my mortgage company. This modification sound great, and he asked for a 2 months payment. He stated that the paperwork will be processed and in the mail soon. We had a 3 way conference call with my lender, (I thought).  I sent the money to Torrence Ca. (Chase Bank) After sending the money, Lamont stop calling me. No one will answer the phone at the main #. Please close down this company and put these people behind bars so they can't take advantage of others.
