sponsored whips they TOOK my MONEY and blew me off , Internet

I contacted this so called company about getting my car sponsored. I filled out a application and was contacted by thomas the next day. He told me i was qualified to be sponsored and have my car repaired and upgraded up with parts paint and much more.
 
He informed me of a $198.00 prosscessing fee, he said was 100% refundable if not satified with their services. He demanded i had to send the payment within 30-45 minutes or i would be passed up on the offer to have my car sponsored I agreed and he requested the money to be sent by mail

by money order to his po box. I mailed the money order. we were supposed to talk everyday about the progress , but as soon as he recieved my money he would no longer answer the phone to me, nor would he call me back after several messages left on his voicemail.All the numbers to this so called (buisness) would loop you around and prompt you to leave you name and they

would call u back. They never answered or returned any of my calls. I called from different numbers or hid my number and finally got a answer, I expressed my anger about my money been taken and demanded a full refund , he aggreed (just to get me off the phone). I awaited my refund that

never came. I try calling back no answer, i left multiple messages still no responce. A while later i call back and i think he accidently answered, i was very upset, he tryed to tell me he hade a another customer on the other line and that he would call me back in 20 minutes. I was not having

it i know their games and called he out on it, that i heard it before. he had a buddy of his (jay) said he was his supervisor and that he would call me back personally.  That never happened.                                                            
I want my money back and this scam of a buisness SHUT DOWN!!!
