I Leased a car from Spradley Barr Ford in Jan of 2001. From January to August the car was in the shop 6 times. 3 times for the sunroof, one time for the brakes, one time for the electrical system and one time because the latch on the trunk would not close. I told them finally in July that I did not want the car because there were too many problems with it. The response was we can take the car back with no negative claim on you. Then in August a gentleman showed up at my door and took the vehicle. It is now showing as a repossion on my credit.

I need help, how do I fix this?
