Spring River Nursery ripoff- my mother-in-law who's on a limited income ordered 6 lavender plants 4/28/04 for $13.85 - so far no plants!!!!! Hartford Michigan

My mother-in-law ordered 6 lavender plants on 4/28/94 from Spring River Nursery - the ad was in her local paper. The $13.85 may not be much but to a older person on a limited income it's a lot. So far no word from the company and no sign of the plants. Thanks for any help in getting her money back or the plants....A concerned daughter-in-law
