Ordered 12 heather bushes and sent $40.95 on 4/409. On 4/28 a notice was received requesting an additional $4.95. On June 23 we received a notice that the bushes would not be sent as it was to late to plant. The $4.95 was returned but not the orginal amount.

Is anyone going to do anything about this ripoff?
