I am absolutely fed up with the ripoff scams from sprint pcs. I have been dealing with a long line of problems with these scam artists.
I was sent 2 "free" phones by a fast talking salesman who specifically stated that the phones are free. I said no but the phones showed up on my doorstep anyway. I sent the phones back to sprint untouched after talking with a sprint representative. This representative specifically said there would be no charges whatsoever if I simply sent the phones back to sprint. I sent the phones back to sprint. To my surprise a month later I recieved a bill for $400 in cancellation fees. I have talked with representives several times and recieved no help.
This is only one problem I have had with sprint, the list goes on and on. I have lost around $1000 due to overcharges, "mystery charges", and improper billing.

After quite a few calls I got my money back. The problem has been resolved. Basically I had to figure out which Sprint department had made the charge. After describing the problem to them they refunded my money with no hassle. It took some patience but things worked out well.
